R.S CAB reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Services are offered through the Website, including but not limited to the charges for the Services provided through the Website. The User shall be responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions.

We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred ( directly or indirectly ) due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest, or any such incidents.

Any abuse to our drivers or unacceptable behavior or driver feels at risk the driver has the right to ask the passengers to leave the vehicle.
